  Wayne Moody made our home buying experience a breeze. 25 days from showing to keys in hand. He had less than 72 hrs notice and showed us no less than 16 homes in 24 hrs that met our search criteria to a “T.” Attention to detail made the time well spent. To make matters even better, Wayne was amiable and never pressured us in any way about homes we were considering. We built a trusting relationship in a professional manner quickly and comfortably. We have purchased homes in KY, Colorado, and now Tennessee- Wayne Moody is hands down the best realtor we have worked with. A huge credit to him for helping us negotiate with our seller for everything we desired- times were not always smooth, but his patience and perseverance with helping our seller make the right moves as well are daily noted.
