  Disclaimer: Yeah, Joe's my dad. I recently bought a house and, thanks to my agent, it was easier than I could have imagined. I think I only looked at five places because we were able to narrow my search down early on which saved countless hours of wasted time. I was also spared the stress of wondering whether or not I should haggle on the asking price. The best part was that I didn't have to worry that my agent was just trying to get it over with and get to the commission - you know since he's my dad and all - but as far as I've heard, all of Joe's clients get the same peace of mind even if they didn't grow up in a house with the guy. So uh... my advice is don't try to buy a house without an agent and Joe is obviously the best choice.
